The Wichita Falls Symphony League was established in 1953 as the Wichita Falls Women's Symphony League. Over the years it has supported the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra through many projects and fundraisers, helping the arts stay alive in Wichita Falls.

In 1976 the logo of the Wichita Falls Symphony League was designed by Mary Schofield to represent a stylized view of the path a baton follows as the conductor directs the orchestra.
